Training in Self Hypnosis
What is Self Hypnosis?
Pretty much as per the name, self hypnosis is you getting yourself into an
accepting frame of mind and to be able to give yourself suggestions to improve your own life.
Simple ideas that can be easily implanted in your own head, to make every day
better and better in every way.
What Can It Do For Me?
Self hypnosis is great for reinforcing what a hypnotist has already introduced
into your mindset or introducing small, simple changes where you can easily imagine an
outcome that you really want to go for. Think of self hypnosis as an aid to your
own will power.
How Can I Train in Self Hypnosis
Training in self-hypnosis is as easy as turning up for a short session with me.
In fact if you come in for a hypnotic session with me, I will probably ask you
if you want to learn self hypnosis to be able to improve your results outside
of the time you spend with me. It only takes a short while to learn and can be
done without external audio assistance. Listening to a tapes, cd or an mp3 is not
self-hypnosis. It's just that the hypnotist isn't in the same room as you.

I have no desire to drag out your therapy for any one reason that you visit me for. I'm sure you will recommend me far more highly if I treat your problem in only one or two visits rather than drag it out for months. |
