However, the relaxation can be so much deeper and so enjoyable that many people enjoy hypnotic relaxation for its own end. "" If only they had gone to a hypnotist first, they would now be happy and at a comfortable weight. A hypnotist should not (unless qualified) give specific dietery advice, but he or she can give you weight loss suggestions under trance to make the whole experience far more pleasant for you.Quit Smoking / Bad Habits
The other main reason people ultimately visit a hypnotist. The NHS are currently running (and have been for several years), a campaign to get smokers to quit.
